Meitheal 2022

We had a beautiful day in sunny Killarney to kick off Meitheal 2022.

KCC and the Gleneagle Hotel hosted Failte Ireland's flagship trade event after 2 years of uncertainty in the tourism industry in Ireland. It is the first time the event has been held in person in three years. This year, more than 400 tourism businesses pitched to over 200 international tourism buyers and tour operators from 19 different countries.
Meitheal 2022 represents a new level of optimism and a significant opportunity for the Irish tourism industry to lay the foundations for International tourism next year and beyond.
